Blooming Lovely

This Clematis has been really beautiful this year. It was in full bloom when I returned from my holiday and is still looking good. For some reason it seems to do well on alternate years.

Spring continued....

These, (hubby says a variety of Alium), have been in flower for more than a month. They are a pretty shade of pale mauve.

Below Embee just left these bulbs in a container which filled with water and would you believe some flowered!
