Embee rang me from work this morning to tell me there were spiders hatching in our front garden. Always looking for interesting photos I rushed out to take a few pictures and here's a couple of them. I'm not really a fan of spiders but it was fascinating seeing them first huddled in a little ball and then when I touched the web they spread out climbing along the web. I couldn't count them but there were masses of them. The second photo is less clear

oh COOL!! while i don't like spiders crawling ON me, i don't mind them so long as they are doing their own thing, as it were. there's one living inside the kitchen window atm, between the glass and the screen. she's done a good job of ridding my window of bugs! :)
Hi elena jane thanks for coming and looking at my photos. They remained for well over a week, I think the heavy rain dispersed them.
